WHAT IS ISSB TEST AND WHAT DOES IT MEASURE?

ISSB Test is conducted to ensure that suitable candidates are selected for a job in Pakistani Armed forces (Army, Navy and Air force).

This test measures candidates fitness, influencing and convincing abilities, decision making power, leadership qualities, co-operative attitude skills and willingness to proceed in any stress situation.
CANDIDATES NUMBER OF SELECTION IN BATCH

In ISSB, Â No definite number or limit is laid down about the selection of candidates out of a group or batch.
If all the candidates in a group or  batch meet the required standards then all will be selected, Likewise, if no-one comes up to our standards none may be selected from a particular batch or group.
